These are the rules that apply to you as a member of this forum.
You agree, through your use of this forum, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of ANY law. This is not only humorous, but legal actions can be taken against you. You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or you have consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also inappropriate to this forum.
Note that it is impossible for us to confirm the validity of posts on this forum. Please remember that we do not actively monitor the posted messages and are not responsible for their content. Spam-Spam or Spamming is basically StupidPointlessAnnoyingMessages. Please refrain from spamming, there is a place on the board for you as a member to spam all you want but do not spam anywhere else in the site. It is rude and disrespectful to the other members of the site and shows us your level of intelligence as well. We are not asking for novels of sorts in posts but be as descriptive as you can, we all have those days that just don’t seem to click and we every now and then leave somewhat crappy posts. Just remember to try to do your best when posting in the forum. You will be warned about spamming in the area you spammed by a mod/admin. The second one will result in a warning place on your account that will drop off in a while. The third violation leads to temporary banning of your account. And the final violation will lead to permanent banning.
Flaming- Flaming is defined by actively seeking another member of the site and is within the following (but not is limited to) posting obscene pictures, messages, sending threatening pms or hateful pms, comments about a member or group of members, comments about other sites and/or their members, continuous arguing with a member of the site, making false accusations, posting falsified information about members of this site or other sites in general, or about other sites, and attacking members of the site. REMEMBER if it is not listed then it will be listed soon, YOU WILL BE BANNED IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THIS RULE. Do not actively seek out another member with the intent of harming them by what you type/say to them or if you even say/type it indirectly. Meaning that it was a backhanded comment that was intended towards them.
Baiting- Baiting is a way of drawing someone into a topic or thread that will allow them to flame, bash, or instigate an argument with other members of the site. Baiting will not be tolerated and you will be banned temporarily and if you continue to persist, you will be banned permanently.
Racism/Prejudice/Discrimination- I thought that I would post this now, DO NOT POST OR SAY racist, prejudice, or discriminatory information about someone’s race, gender, ideal, belief, appearance, or way of thinking. We all have opinions, BUT IF IT IS OFFENSIVE to another member and they inform you that it is offensive, REFRAIN FROM DOING SO AGAIN, if you persist on the subject matter and continue to actively provoke other member/members of the site, then you will be banned. If you do have opinion that might be controversial, then take it to the debate board.
Staff- The staff on site consists of the mods, global mods, administrators, and myself the creator of the site. We will all do our bests as the sites staff to make sure that every member is treated fairly, BUT in many cases it will be up to the mod/admin that you speak to about a situation to give the final word. The only person that can over turn any ruling made on this site by a mod/admin will be me, the creator of the site. If you have a problem with one of the staff or their point of view on a situation notify me and I will take a look at the situation. My ruling will be final on the decision and you will not continue to bring up the situation.
